Accodomation rules
Guests must follow the accommodation rules available here.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house and take animals to the property!
Price
A cleaning fee of 900 CZK is charged for each stay.
The price does not include the local tax on stay according to the generally binding decree of the City of Jeseník No. 2/2020.
The rate of the fee is per person and every day of stay (except the first day of the stay) 40 CZK. Persons under the age of 18 and other persons listed in Section 3b of Act No. 565/1990 Coll., On Local Fees, are not subject to the fee.
Wi-Fi is free.
Payment
You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after booking. We will then send you a response to your inquiry and any payment details.
30 % of the total amount must be paid within 3 working days to make your booking binding.
The remaining 70 % must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival. Of course, it is possible to pay 100 % of the amount immediately after booking.
We accept payments via Benefit Plus.
Cancellation
Payments are not refundable. We highly recommend you to buy a cancellation fee insurance from one of the insurance companies.
